I purchased these two bracelets (sold as a set, but are two individual pieces) for my cousin who was vague on her wrist size. After trying them on she wanted three beads removed from each, as they hung too big on her. Shop replaced the loose bracelets at no cost and let me keep the originals!! This was great not only because I did not have to pack and ship back but also because I fell in love with these and now I can wear them too! Shop owner was also very quick to respond to my questions. Bracelets shipped in their own individual boxes and came with an authenticity card. Very, very pleased!
