We'll take the Pepsi challenge with any alpaca yarn or blend on the market - commercial or otherwise. If our product is not the best alpaca you've ever worked with, send it back (and tell us where you got better yarn - we always want to learn and improve!). We will refund your purchase price as well as shipping costs.

We believe in North American alpaca, and we will stand behind our products. In love with a blend we don't offer? Let us know - we'll make one just as good or better. Want custom dyeing, or handpainting? Custom length skeins? Let us know and we'll make it happen for you.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
You can return any product you buy from us for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. The only stipulation is please let us know why. Your satisfaction is our biggest concern, and we want to ensure that you only receive the highest quality product.
We try to keep our shipping costs as low as we can, there's nothing worse than paying more for shipping than a purchased item! We ship through USPS unless you'd prefer another shipper - just let us know. We only insure upon request, but if your shipment is lost or damaged in the mail, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
