Eliza Lenore Designs is the realization of my dream to create a business around my art. I create paintings/illustrations inspired by the simplicity in nature, as well as high end wood products for the home.

My art focuses on the beauty and fragility of nature. I reflect the world I see around me. I believe fervently in preserving and conserving to save this wonderful planet we call home. Often my work turns poignant, sometimes uplifting and inspirational. But always it is created with love and a look toward a brighter future.

    I have always been an artist. My earliest memories in childhood include sitting at our round wooden kitchen table, sketching and coloring while my mom fluttered around the house. Now, as I sketch, paint, and wood burn, my kids are by my side.

There are a lot of factors that go into the S&H aspect of my products, including the prices of high-quality sturdy mailers, packing supplies, boxes for larger items and time spent packaging your order(s) with care!

I accept payments via Etsy, PayPal and Etsy gift cards.
Shipping
*Domestic Shipping within the US*

Please allow 1 week shipping time for smaller items. These items are shipped USPS Priority Mail or First Class.

Larger items are shipped USPS Priority Mail or parcel post, which can take up to 10 days for domestic locations.

*International Shipping outside of the US*

I ship via USPS Priority Mail International, which has a estimated transit of 10-15 business days, not including customs. I am not responsible for delays in customs which in some cases can be 6 weeks or more and will not ship replacements until the 8 week mark, so please plan accordingly. Taxes, fees and duties charged upon arrival are your responsibility.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am not responsible for lost or stolen goods once the package has been received and documented via USPS.

I do my best to ensure your item is packaged properly.
In the event you've received a damaged item, please contact me right away. I will happily replace with the same item if it is returned within 14 days of shipping date. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned merchandise.

Under the conditions listed, I will accept returns if you are unhappy with your purchase, and will refund your original purchase price upon our receipt of the item(s) in their original condition. Any return shipping fees, including insurance, are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please notify me of your intent to return an item, and your reason for doing so in advance of shipping.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:
1. Item must be in the same condition as when shipped.
2. Item must be returned via USPS, FedEx or UPS.
3. Item must be insured for the full value.
4. Item must be securely packaged for shipping.
5. Please enclose your reason for the return.

Return Policy: Item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received within 14 days of shipping date. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original payment, minus shipping, will be refunded within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.

Custom designs and items with personalized/custom carvings are final sale unless it is an exceptional circumstance, which we will deal with on a case by case approach.

The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item.

I love it when customers notify us that they've safely received their purchase! Sending me an email, convo, or leaving positive feedback puts my mind at ease. If you have any concerns and don't feel you can leave positive feedback, please notify me before leaving neutral or negative feedback and I'll do my best to make the situation right!

Personalized and custom orders are always welcome and appreciated so if you wish to contact us about that, please allow us reasonable time to help you with a design and to complete the work.

CUSTOM orders:
There are no refunds on custom orders.

Please remember to contact me should you have any questions about policies, shipping, etc. Communication is very important to me. I do my best to keep in touch with my customers from the moment they purchase an item until I hear that the item has been successfully delivered.
