I taught my self to sew in 2012 when I chose cloth diapering for my youngest son to save some money. During my research I came across - cloth wipes. I thought, "How simple, I can totally make these myself".

I gathered the bazillion receiving blankets I had tucked away, borrowed my cousin's sewing machine (Thanks Carrie) and went to work. Well, attempted to get to work. I had never used a sewing machine before and I had NO IDEA what I was doing. How do you thread the machine? What's a bobbin? How do you change a presser foot? So many questions. I pulled together multiple resources including blogs, you tube and the manual of course.

Eventually, I figured it out and it was love at first stitch. Okay, okay maybe not the FIRST stitch. Hey, it takes a little time to get a rhythm down ;) When I finally completed my first cloth wipe, I was boasting with pride.

Creating new, beautiful products is now a HUGE part of my life. I am always listening, watching and learning so I can be the best version of me and in turn, I hope my products pour my love and creativity out to you.
