I am a handmade seller. I make everything to order, pay for out of pocket, and send to you. I do not work for the post office. Thank you in advance for not leaving a bad review against me when the post office is late/lost your item. Keep in mind, we are in the middle of a global pandemic. If your item is lost in the mail, you need to:
1) Check your tracking number (a tracking number is provided with every order)
2) Determine the status of your item
3) If your item is lost or "arriving late". You need to open a case with the United States Postal Service to find it.
4) Contact me after you have already heard back from the post office to discuss next steps

Your emergency is not my priority. All orders are processed in 3-5 business days and sent USPS 1-4 business day mail. If you want the item in the mail in 1 business day, you will need to pay an additional $25 for rush processing. If you want the item overnighted, you will need to pay an additional $40. Once the item is shipped, it's on the United States Postal Service to get it to you in time. I do not work for the post office. Therefore, thank you in advance for not leaving a bad review against me when the post office is delayed in getting your item to you. I make no guarantees you will get your item on time, even after you have paid extra. Thank you for your patience during this global pandemic/supply chain shortage/ employee shortage
