1 out of 5 starsMy order never shipped. I placed the order in mid-December; by January 21, I still had not received the merchandise. I requested that the order be canceled and my money refunded. This was done very efficiently. Disappointed not to have received the order, but appreciate the seller refunding me so quickly.

Buyer was alerted to delay due to a backorder and given the opportunity to cancel immediately for a full refund. Buyer chose to wait and was aware of delay.

1 out of 5 starsI placed an order November 4th. On November 17th the seller messaged saying she'd been in a car accident so the order was taking longer to process. She said it would ship by the end of the month. I said no problem and thank you for letting me know. On November 30th a label was printed and she said it was shipped. Tracking never showed the package as accepted so I waited until December 10th and asked if it had shipped. She replied and said it had, but must not have been scanned in. Then Dec 14th it was scanned at her local post office as received. When I sent a screen shot of the tracking she informed me that tracking showed it was on it's way and that shipping to Alaska takes longer etc. Shipping to Alaska doesn't affect the speed of the item going from her to her post office.

USPS advises customers that First Class Mail may take 7-10 business days or longer, and that shipping during holiday periods may take longer. 3 out of 5 starsI have purchased from this vendor before. Her candles are high quality and beautifully made. She has had some personal difficulties which she communicated but the shipping and delivery took forever! I probably won’t purchase again until I know I can get the candles sooner!!
