Hi Dianne, I am sorry you are not getting your order before the date you provided, if you wanted it before, then that's the date you should have provided. From what i understood your party isn't the date you are receiving it on, it's after. Yes i do follow my shipping policies, that's what they are there for. I clearly list that the shipping policy be read before buying because etsy does not provide the customization i need to work properly.

I ordered a few things from EllaBella Designs, the safari cupcake toppers, the food tags, that I am using as place seating cards, and also a banner which was customized. Everything arrived perfect and very well made with quality materials and so amazingly adorable!!! Any questions I had were always answered quickly and with clarity. I would absolutely use EllaBella again for another event. She was easy and wonderful to work with. Even when I added to my order she sent me a coupon for free shipping. All around very professional and nice.

1 out of 5 starsMy order never made it on time! :(. I ordered it 2 weeks before my asking date it and it was not received until 2 days later. I was very disappointed for my sons first birthday. I specifically asked the vendor to make sure it arrived on time.

I'm so sorry you did not receive your item on time. I went above and beyond to put your item in ahead of the queue. I have no control over USPS. From the tracking you can see that USPS was in possession of the item before this item was due and it was way more than enough time. USPS's site said there was a delay on it's 3rd day. I know it can be frustrating because you are depending on that item, trust me, I wanted it to get to you on time. Because of reviews like this, it discourages me big time to accept orders from people that order late. Also, saying two weeks is stretching it, it was only 8 business days that you gave me to make it and have it delivered.
