The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Please note, I can not accept a refund for a custom order, unless, as stated below, the item was damaged during transit.

I accept refunds up to 2 weeks after you have received the item. After this time, I can not accept refunds or returns.

DOMESTIC US ORDERS: Refunds will be given for original purchase price, as long as the item is returned in the original condition. Shipping is not refunded if this is a "change of mind" return.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Email me that you are returning it. Refunds will be for the original purchase price. International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

*Due to monitor and paper variations, colours can differ slightly on the final product.

Payment methods are set up for direct deposit, Paypal, and Etsy gift cards.
Shipping
Insurance and tracking is included for all purchases. I usually ship priority mail. If you need your items quickly, please contact me about priority upgrade.

Also please note I can not guarantee delivery dates, they are an estimate based on the USPS.

International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays of weeks or months. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms, and as merchandise.

I can not refund original shipping charges for buyers who refuse items due to not wanting to pay the customs charges applied by their country.
