I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Note: refund status will be negotiated in a conversation first.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Turnaround estimate is usually 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) , depending on what was ordered (check shop announcements for temporary changes).
-We offer First Class 3-8 days and 1-3 Days Priority shipping methods (Processing times are still 3-5 business days additionally to shipping times).
-Message me for overnight shipping and Rush orders.
