Thanks for stopping at our etsy store. All of the items on our shop are handmade, and focuses on delivering high-quality handmade items and customer service.

I only except payments through paypal. However you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Your package will only be shipped out once your payment has been cleared.
Your package will be shipped with 1-4 business days after payment has been cleared. I will ship it to the address given to me by Paypal, if you would like to have it shipped to a different address, please notify me at the time of checkout through "Note to seller".

All of the packages coming from my shop are gift wrapped.

By default, all items are shipped using the least expensive shipping method available. Usually this is USPS First Class mail, which is not automatically insured or tracked. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority, Express, etc. or would like to add Delivery Confirmation or insurance, please convo me BEFORE you buy the item. I will respond with the difference in cost, which, if you approve it, will be billed to your e-mail adddress via Paypal. The item will ship only after the Etsy bill and extra shipping charges have been paid. For Express items, I try to ship the very next day, but sometimes life happens and I can't make it to the post office, so I can't make any guarantees. If you are concerned about when an item will arrive, Convo me ahead of time to make sure I will be able to send it when you need it. I'm usually very accommodating.

Once an item leaves my hands it is the full responsibility of the Postal Service. I cannot track it down or expedite it any better than you can. I cannot be held responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by the post office and will not refund the shipping fee or the cost of the item in these cases. Please also remember that most transit time estimates are just that--estimates. There are no guarantees.
Refunds and Exchanges
100% customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy or not satisfied with the item for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, so we can work it out and converse on returns or exchanges.

Items that are returned, must be in their original packaging, and must be in new condition. They should be mailed within 5 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. All returned/exchanged items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All refunds will be issued via Paypal and only after receiving the item. If there is an error with your order, we will cover all expenses to return the item, including all shipping cost.

No refunds will be issued on custom orders, coupons or sale items, unless the item(s) arrive damaged or defective. Damage from shipping will be reimbursed through the carrier, or third party insurer, if insured.
Additional policies and FAQs
Reserved Listings:
We are happy to reserve a listing for you for one calendar month. We will specify the date in a message to you that the item will be held until. After that date the item will revert to being unreserved.

Conditions of Use
Some parts of jewelry might get tarnished even if you dont wear. The Jewel Street may not take returns or refund if that happens. We suggest you to wipe them with an anti-tarnishing cloth.
