I accept payments via PayPal. Shop prices are in originally € and are automatically converted to your selected currency by PayPal.
I ship worldwide from France via La Poste French postal service. Post office visits are made on business days (see above), three days a week.

Delivery times after I've shipped:

France - two to three business days
Addresses in Europe - five to ten business days
Everywhere else - seven to fourteen business days

• Once shipped, most orders arrive within times above. However, some orders shipped overseas may take longer to arrive due to circumstances beyond my control (i.e. customs, holidays, adverse weather conditions, etc.) In the rare cases when that happens, thank you for being patient with delivery.

• Orders sent registered airmail or Colissimo (see below) require signature upon delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery times above, delivery may have been attempted without notice. Tracking information is provided when I ship which will allow you to pick up the package at your local post office in this case. If your local post office requires it and after the delivery times mentioned above have passed, you can contact me for a scanned image of the shipping slip.

How your order is being shipped:

France métropolitaine: Selon le valeur et le poids, les colis sont envoyés par lettre prioritaire, lettre suivie, Colissimo France avec suivi ou Colissimo Recommandé.

Outside of France:

• Small packages containing single items less than 75€ in value are sent priority airmail. There is no tracking or insurance for this mode of shipping. I can upgrade shipping to include either or both of those options, and the difference will be invoiced through PayPal. This cost will be 2.5€, 4.5€ or 5.5€, depending on whether the upgrade includes only tracking without insurance or tracking with insurance and the amount of insurance coverage you wish to have. ***If you purchase multiple items with a total value of less than 75€ the combined shipping cost may automatically contain a shipping upgrade to include tracking, and this will be mentioned in the item listing.

• Orders above 75€, purchases of multiple items (see above) and large packages under that amount are sent priority airmail with tracking, signature required upon delivery. ***Tracking is available for all orders sent this way, but some shipping rates do not have insurance included. (This depends on location.) If you would like to upgrade to include insurance (see above), contact me and I will invoice the difference.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns for clothing unworn, unused, and in original condition. Sales on customized items or clothing outside of my standard sizes are (in most cases) final.

Returns must be shipped to me within 3 business days of receipt with items placed back into any interior packaging in which they were initially wrapped for protection, hang tags included. Customs forms are to be marked "retour de marchandise" ("returned goods") with value marked as "N/A". For items shipped within France, returns are to be made within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Any returns I accept will be for exchange, store credit or refund minus shipping and packaging costs. (I make this decision myself according to the item and to what went wrong.) Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Full refunds are only given for items lost or damaged in the mail that have been shipped with full insurance or in the off chance that I sent the incorrect item due to fault on my part.

I do not accept returns, make exchanges or give refunds without prior communication and if feedback is given. I pride myself on excellent customer service and am responsive to communication I receive, so I urge buyers to take advantage of that. Failure to contact me immediately upon receipt of the item and/or leaving feedback will imply acceptance of the item or transaction as is. Prior to any full refund (paragraph above), a claim will be submitted with the postal authorities and photographic proof will be required for damaged or incorrect items.
