I take pride in producing every print with care and attention, from the paper and ink that I choose for aesthetics and longevity to the custom-sized packaging to protect the prints in transit. I want the prints to arrive in great shape so you'll enjoy them for a long time.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
The best possible care will be used in packaging and shipping, but accidents do happen. Please notify me as soon as possible if your print is damaged in shipment, so I can remedy the problem.
Shipping
Prints are protected in a clear plastic envelope, then sandwiched in a stiff cardboard envelope reinforced with corrugated cardboard so they may be shipped flat rather than rolled in a tube. This will help insure the prints arrive in the best possible condition for framing.
I use US Postal Service Priority Mail.
Customers outside the USA may contact me to work out shipping and handling costs based on actual shipping costs to your country. Customs or duties are the responsibility of the customer, and, where appropriate, may be added to shipping costs.
