Thanks for taking the time to look at my work.
This Etsy shop was created for me to have a place to do something different from my everyday job as an artist who licenses her work on product.
Many of the designs you will find here are somewhat different from my everyday work. My hope is that you are inspired as much as I was when I created the work.
Orders will be shipped as soon as payment is received within 1-3 business days.
Orders that are not paid for will wait to be shipped until full payment is in place.
I ship USPS First class
If you would like your item shipped using another shipping method such as UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, Express USPS, etc. Please let me know, and I will make such arrangements.
Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. That includes upgrades for insurance.
I can not be responsible for items lost or stolen in the post. I also can not be responsible for a lost item if you have provided an incorrect address to ETSY.
I stress, please make sure your ETSY address is correct. I will only ship to your Etsy address. Your item will be shipped within 3-5 business days of payment received.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason the item arrives damaged, I will gladly send you a new item in exchange for the damage one. Simply send it back to me within one week of your purchase. Colors vary from monitor to monitor. Please keep that in mind when choosing your print. I cannot refund or exchange prints once they have been ordered, as I print only to order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
I DO NOT SELL CANVAS PRINTS. I DO NOT SELL WATERPROOF PRINTS-! If you have failed to read the item description and think that you will be receiving canvas prints, this is of no fault of mine. I print everything to order. It is consuming and costly. Please understand that I cannot give you a refund as that is your mistake and I cannot be held responsible. Please respect the time and work I have to put into your order.
Please communicate with me if you have any issues with your purchase, rather than do so through feedback. I care about my shop very much and do my best to take care of my customers. I assure you I can do the right thing to take care of the issue right away and make you happy! :)
