Thank you for choosing a WeLikeSheep Design. Since each bag is handmade, it is not perfect and I hope you will agree that is the beauty of the bag. I do want to have a happy customer and will help to satisfy your requests. I'm happy to work with you if a bag needs a repair or a 'fix' from any weak construction. The bags can only be spot cleaned and any repair from normal wear and tear will be handled on an individual basis. I treat my customers will the heart of service, as I would want to be treated.
I accept PayPal and money orders and will mail your purchase upon receipt of payment. If a bag is a custom order, I will begin to make the order upon receipt of payment and send an email when bag is complete and ready to ship. Usually about 2-3 weeks to complete and ship... I will keep you updated through 'conversations'.
All sales are final. (see refunds and exchanges)
I prefer to ship USPS but will ship UPS or Fed Ex upon request. If UPS or Fed Ex are chosen, additional shipping cost will be charged to cover their rates.
A delivery confirmation is standard with each shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final.
If a bag is damaged or lost in shipment, I would prefer to replace it with a new bag but will give a refund if an agreement with the customer cannot be agreed upon.
Exchanges are available with a $5.00 charge for shipping of the replacement bag. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
