Welcome to Ellie Lee's Attic. I want you to be 100% satsified with your purchases and take great care in providing you with as much information about the vintage items offered as possible.I always include complete disclosure of sizes, condition, any flaws or imperfections and detailed photographs so that you will know exactly what you are purchasing.

Items are sold "as is." I spend a great deal of time inspecting, photographing and describing each item offered to properly and fully represent the condition, size and color of the items. For that reason, we do not generally offer refunds for vintage items. If there is any problem with the item you receive, please contact me immediately and I will work with you to come to a mutually agreeable and fair resolution of the problem.
We currently accept only PayPal. Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to use this method of payment. You can use your credit card through PayPal without setting up a PayPal account.
Items will not be shipped until payment has been received.
If payment is not received within 48 hours, the sale will be cancelled.
State Sales Tax will be applied for Georgia, U.S. residents.
I ship at least twice a week. If you have a special shipping request, please contact me before you complete your checkout and I will try to accommodate your needs. You will receive an email confirmation when items have been shipped.
No items will be shipped until payment is received.

Shipments are normally by USPS, General Delivery Confirmation. Items under $10.00 are typically NOT insured unless they are fragile and/or are being shipped internationally. If you want your item shipped in a different manner, please contact me BEFORE YOU COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE and I will try to accommodate your request.

Please make sure that the address on your invoice and your PayPal address match and are correct. I do not make refunds for items shipped and delivered but not received by the buyer.

Items will be shipped in the safest and most expeditious and economical manner possible.
For some items, USPS parcel post may be the only economical way to ship and it takes between 2-9 days within the U.S. See additional comments for International Shipping below.

If multiple items are purchased, I will ship them together when possible, at the lowest possible shipping cost. Every effort is made to calculate accurate shipping costs. If actual shipping charges are substantially different than estimated, I will be happy to refund amounts of $3.00 or more, conversely buyer will be invoiced for unforeseen increases in actual shipping of $3.00 or more. Either way, I will contact you to let you know, before we actually ship.

I have calculated estimated shipping costs for USA and Canada.

For INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, please contact me prior to check out, so that I can determine accurate shipping rates, shipping options and shipping regulations for your country. There are some items that are prohibited by the U.S. to be exported to certain countries and other items that may not be shipped due to regulations and laws in the buyer's country. Additionally, customs’ fees and other regulatory fees and charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not ask me to ship prohibited items or ask me to mark the package as a gift. To do so is illegal.
