Thank you for your inquiry and interest in Ellie's Treasured Finds shop policy. At ETF we are solely committed to your satisfaction. We provide a 100% guarentee of aunthenticity on all of our items. We not only welcome, but encourage our customers to request proof of authenticity to ensure their seriousness in commitment to purchase. With our customers in mind, we fashioned a simple and accesible payment policy as well as no-hassle shipping and returning policy. If you have any further questions about shop policies that are not answered below, please feel free to contact us. We will reply within 24 hours, or one business day.
Accepted payment methods
Our payment policy is simple and accesible. We only accept payments through PayPal due to its convenience and security. Exceptions would be if there is a meetup scheduled via messaging through our Etsy Shop to view the item in person and/or pay for in personal check or cash.
Our shipping policy revolves around getting the item you purchased to you in a safe and timely manner. Our handling time (the time between your PayPal purchase and when we get the item to the post office to ship) is precisely two days to ensure your payment is not faulty within 24 hours. Most items will have a buyer paid shipping fee of five dollars, but there will be some items on occasion where shipping is free. As of now, we only ship within the United States. As our inventory and market clientel grow, we will expand our shipping internationally. If the item you purchased is not with you within 10 days of purchase (or 7 days after handling time), please message us with your number so we may call you and sort the matter out in a personable fashion. If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you may ship it back to us within seven days of you recieving the item. The buyer pays all return shipping fees, and we request that if you decide to make a return, that you either message us, or along with the return item, state why you were not satisfied.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is late to arrive to you (10 days after purchase or 7 days after handling time) then the shipping for your next purchased item will be on us. Note, we can track shipping numbers and orders to see dates of arrival. If an item arrives with damages, we will not reimburse you as that is on the shipping company and not us. This can be easily avoided, though. If you wish for the item to be insured, let us know via message on Etsy. Buyers pays insurance. If an item is lost during shipping (this would be covered in shipping insurance) but the item is uninsured, we will reimburse you up to 50 percent. Again, we are able to track what damages and losses that are liable on our part and not the shipping company or yours.
