I ordered 3 of these dresses and when I got them in the mail they weren't what I was expecting, there much more I can't express how much I love these dresses , the seller is amazing, I had to order the 3rd dress 2 weeks after I already ordered the first two and she ensured me they would all 3 get to me in time for my occasion, she stayed true to her word and I would definitely recomend this shop to anyone

UPGRADING SHIPPING:
If you would like your order quicker, we are happy to upgrade shipping upon request. Please convo us BEFORE purchasing so we can upgrade the shipping.

Insurance can be added to your order. Please, send us a message before placing your order so it can be added.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Please make sure your address is up-to date & correct prior to finalizing your purchase. If an item is returned because the wrong address was listed, there will be an additional charged to reship your package to the correct address.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE:
We ship USPS First Class through and all packages have a tracking # which is provided to you through an Etsy Shipping Notification email once package is shipped. If you need to track your package, please go to your Etsy account and located your order to look up your tracking number, which will be attached to your purchase transaction.

***If your tracking number says your package was delivered, but you never received it, please contact USPS for further information on the package.

EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE:
Please understand that we will not be responsible for packages delivered after the USPS expected delivery date. These are estimates from the USPS website. They are not guarenteed. Once it's out of our hands, we have no control over how quickly USPS delivers the package.

International orders come with tracking numbers which are emailed upon shipping.

International First Class packages can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months to be delivered depending on location and we are not responsible for lost orders. Packages shipped around holidays take longer to get to their destination, so please be patient.

All items are custom made upon order. Please remember to note the size that is needed in the "notes to seller" section upon checkout. A courtesy email requesting the size will be sent if no size is noted. If there is no response indicating the needed size within 24 hours, a default size of 3-6 months (15") will be sent.
