I accept Paypal, Mastercard & Visa through Etsy's Direct Checkout.
Please be sure to verify your shipping address is correct on your Paypal address, otherwise make a note to me during checkout.
Vintage items are normally one of a kind and can not be replaced.
Packages will be sturdily wrapped to protect your purchase. If you want to purchase insurance on your item, please let me know and I will add insurance to the S&H fee. Thanks. Elm Place is not responsible for damages or losses.
US Shipping: I ship USPS First class for items under 13 oz. and Priority over 13 oz.
International Shipping: Is always the least expensive unless otherwise requested beforehand. International buyers, please understand, you will be responsible for any customs payment on your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
I sell vintage items and never represent them as perfect or new, vintage will always have flaws. Please read the listing carefully. When your item arrives, if it doesn't meet your expectations based on the listing, please send me a conversation and we can work on your purchase satisfaction.
If for some reason you are unhappy with a purchase, I will refund the cost of the item as long as:
1. The item is returned in the same condition as it was in when purchased
2. The item is returned within a week of receiving it and I am properly notified of the
3. It is understood by the buyer that I am not responsible for shipping charges.
