Returns and exchange details
We are confident that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we would be happy to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on all goods (except made to order, personalised,custom items) provided that they are in their original, unopened and unused condition and returned within thirty days of your receipt of the goods.

Please notify us in writing, within 7 days, at elmtreestudio [!at] hotmail.co.uk before returning any goods to us.

We recommend that you return items to us using either a Recorded Mail or Special Delivery service. Please retain your proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged during transit.

All personalised, custom and made to order items are non returnable unless deemed faulty/unfit for use.

As all of the items are hand made, we try to dispatch within 2-5 days for stock items. Personalised items can take up to 14 days for dispatch. If you require something by a specific date please contact us, so that we can try to accommodate your needs.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail's 2nd class recorded delivery or by courier My Hermes for larger parcels. Both of these services are tracked and require a signature at delivery.

Each item is handcrafted and therefore the placement of fabric, buttons and trims will vary slightly from the images shown, although they will always be extremely similar.
