I started my Etsy shop as an experimental creative outlet, and now it's a full-time career!
I trained as a textile designer, and gained experience working in studios in London and New York before freelancing, and then running my own stationery company for a number of years. This was followed by a career break to have two of my three children, during which time I became frustrated at my lack of creative output. Establishing an Etsy shop gave me a reason to create and a motivation to get back to doing what I love.
In November 2010 I opened the doors of my shop, and have never looked back. Sales started to accumulate, as did the commissions for my designs. I have been lucky enough to work with wonderful companies such as Cloud9fabrics, Target, The Land of Nod, Uppercase Magazine, Papyrus and Quarry Publishing - my first book, "Twenty Ways To Draw A Tree" was published in 2013.
My inspirations vary, though I have a keen interest in nature, mid-century art and design, graphic art and textiles. All of my work begins life with hand-painted or printed images, which I then digitally arrange and colour. I paint and draw what I love, and hope that others will like it too.
All of my products are made in the UK . Most are created, by hand, in my home studio.

I trained as a textile designer, but I also consider myself an illustrator. I LOVE to draw. I'm a huge fan of mid century design, a nature-lover and a colour enthusiast. I like to think this is reflected in my work.

Please note that International buyers may incur duty or taxes at customs. Any costs relating to this are the responsibility of the buyer.
UK mail is sent First Class by Royal Mail. Overseas parcels are sent standard printed papers or small packet. All my parcels have a proof of posting receipt, but I do not use a tracking service, due to the high costs in relation to the goods. However, if you require your item to be tracked, please contact me for a quote.
I always send a confirmation of receipt of order, and a confirmation of shipping once the item has been dispatched.
UK First Class mail should be expected to arrive in 1-2 business days. Parcels to Europe should arrive within approximately one week. For everywhere else, an average delivery time is ten days to two weeks, but please be aware that this can sometimes be longer, so please allow up to a month for delivery, especially if your order is time-sensitive.
Refunds and Exchanges
For items damaged in transit, please supply photographs as proof, and I will issue a replacement or refund.
For overseas items that fail to be delivered, replacements will only be considered once a full month from the date of shipment has elapsed, in order to allow time for the original parcel to arrive. Delays are unusual, but do occasionally occur.
Please ensure that you check and use the correct delivery address before submitting your order.
