I’ve always loved designing and making things and my little Etsy store is my creative outlet. I am a bit of an adventurous day dreamer and focus a lot of my designs around whimsical, floral and sometimes tropical themes.

The Birthday Chalkboards/Signs are available in a variety of sizes and with the option of a chalkboard or white background. A draft sample of all Birthday Chalkboard prints will be sent through prior to the order being finalised.
Customised prints, chalkboards and invitations are available on request. Please send me a message with the details and I will endeavour to assist you where I can.

Frequently asked questions
Can I customise the First Birthday Chalkboards to suit any age?
Yes. I am happy to customise any of the Birthday Chalkboards to suit any age. I am also happy to change around the information captured on the boards to suit.
Do you offer a printing service?
No. At this stage Elsy and Grace sell digital products only, which are emailed through in a JPG and PDF format.
Where do you recommend printing?
I recommend that all products are printed at a professional print store, or through an online printing service, rather than at home. This will ensure high quality printing.
- Australian customers: Kmart, Office Works, Big W & any local print store
- USA customers: Office Max, Greens, Staples, FedEx Office & any local print store
- Online printing: Vistaprint, Snapfish
Is it possible to order a size that is not listed?
Yes. I am happy to customise the size for any of the products listed on the Elsy and Grace Etsy store, to suit your needs. If you would like a custom size for a First Birthday Chalkboard please select "Custom Size Request" under the "Dimensions" section when placing your order. You can then provide the details for your Custom Size Request with the information you provide to personalise your design. Please keep in mind that our First Birthday Chalkboards are rectangular in shape.
I have a particular design/theme in mind. Do you create custom chalkboard designs, prints or invitations?
Yes, I sure do. If you have a particular design or theme in mind please send me a message and I will endeavour to work with you to create a special custom design.
Is it possible to put through a rush order?
Yes, if you require your order to be completed as soon as possible please send me a message and I will endeavour to have it completed in time. I am happy to do so at no extra charge. Please keep in mind my location (Australia) and time differences.
Do you send through a draft prior to finalising an order?
Yes we sure do, we send through a draft for Invitations and First Birthday Chalkboards prior to finalising the order. We are happy to make amendments and changes as required to ensure your final design is perfect. All drafts are sent through an Etsy Message and once approved your design will be emailed to you in a JPG and or PDF format.
How do I save a file prior to printing?
All files should be downloaded and saved onto a computer or USB prior to printing. Some designs are large file types and due to this we may use Wetransfer.com to save and email through your files. We recommend downloading and saving your files in the first few days of receiving the email as Wetransfer only provide a 7 day download period. Don't worry if you forget, we are happy to email them back through, just send through a message.
Files should not be saved onto a smartphone or tablet.
Do you design First Birthday Chalkboards or Invitations in another language?
Yes we sure do, if you are able to provide clear translations, we are happy to create the design in another language. We have been lucky enough to create First Birthday Chalkboards and Invitations in other languages for customers located in France, Spain and Germany.
What do the A4, A3, A2 and A1 sizing options mean?
These sizes are standard paper sizes in Australia. We have now provided the measurements alongside these options to assist you when selecting your preferred size.
