Welcome to Embellish Girl
Hello, my name is Debbie and I'm excited you're here. I have a Treasure Trove of Gorgeous Vintage Jewelry looking for the perfect owner! I have had a vintage clothing and accessory shop since the vintage heyday of the 1980s. I've since downsized to carry only the most exquisite jewelry, purses and accessories.

Layaway is available for Purchases totaling $200.00 or more.

Layaways are for 60 days with Total Order Amount Divided into 2 Equal Payments.
Your First Payment of 1/2 the Total Amount is due within 3 days of Order Date with Final Payment Due within 60 Days of Order Date.

To Place an Order on Layaway, Contact me with the Item Name and Item #. I will then Send you an Invoice for Your First payment and Put that Item on Hold.

Layaways are in Default when Down payment is not received within the 3 Day Hold Period.

First Payment is a Restocking Fee and is Non-Refundable. Any Layaway Cancellation or Late Payment will be Charged the Restocking Fee. No Exceptions.

There are no Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns on Layaways. All Sales Final.

Nevada residents will be charged 8.15% sales tax.

Embellishgirl reserves the right to cancel any order.
All Jewelry comes with a Cotton Lined Jewelry Box and is wrapped securely in bubble wrap for extra protection. Purses and other non-jewelry items also wrapped securely in bubble wrap and plastic to protect from damage and moisture.

All Orders Ship within 48 hrs. of Confirmed Payment

U.S. Shipping Charges
All U.S. packages ship USPS Priority and include Insurance and Delivery Tracking.

International Shipping
-International Customers must have a confirmed Paypal address.
-International packages ship USPS Priority International Mail.
-PLEASE NOTE: All international sales are considered final.

Customs and Duty Fees
International customers may be subject to customs fees such as duties and taxes, as well as delays due to customs processing. As these vary and are completely out of our control, please contact your customs office if you have any questions. All such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Embellishgirl reports the actual sale price for customs and is not responsible for any Customs or Duty fees imposed by non-US countries.

Embellishgirl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We keep all shipping receipts and tracking/customs information for proof of shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Return Policy

To avoid having to return an item, please ask questions before you make the purchase. We are happy to answer them!

If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with, please notify us by email or phone within 24 hrs. of delivery for return authorization.

Items received 24 hrs or more after confirmed delivery are considered sold and can not be returned.

After authorization, returned items must be postmarked within 2 days of receipt and in the same manner as it was sent, same condition, same postal / insurance with tracking number, same wrapping and packaging.

The shipping cost to return the item is the customers responsibility.

Returned item must be received by us within 7 days from the date you received it.

After Inspection, Refund will be issued minus shipping / handling and a 20% restocking fee.

Refund will be issued the same as it was received (paypal, check, money order) or store credit.

All Sale or Reduced Items are Final and Non-Refundable.

NO Returns on International Purchases.

Damage Policy

We take extra precautions when packing your order to prevent damage or breakage. In the unlikely event that your package is damaged through the mail, you must take the entire order (box, contents, wrappings) to your local post office to file a claim. The US Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Please do not repack and send the item back to us as this will void the US Postal insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.
