That said, if something arrives damaged or there was a mistake with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. I’ll work with you to make it-- right (replacement, refund, or store credit). Custom or personalized items (signed books, poem prints, gift bundles) are non-returnable unless defective.
