Il nome Embie deriva dalle nostre iniziali condivise - M e B.

Siamo una coppia sposata di Vancouver, Washington che attualmente vive ad Atlanta, in Georgia. Dopo mesi di idee sull'avvio di un'attività, abbiamo deciso di aprire un negozio Etsy e vedere come è andata. In precedenza avevamo progettato tutto per il nostro matrimonio - inviti, salvare le date, segnaposto, menu ecc ... e mi è piaciuto molto il processo di creazione. I nostri primi mesi sono stati molto lenti, ma alla fine tutto è diventato un business stabile.

Abbiamo adattato la nostra attività ai nostri interessi di design: inviti, arte murale, arte vivaistica e decorazioni per feste. Meg dà la maggior parte della direzione artistica e Matt fa la maggior parte del design grafico (e talvolta il contrario!). Una combinazione del nostro contributo dà quello che crediamo essere un prodotto unico e conveniente.

The name Embie came from our shared initials - M and B.

We are a married couple from Vancouver, Washington currently living in Atlanta, Georgia. After months throwing around ideas about starting up a business we decided to open an Etsy shop and just see how it went. We had previously designed everything for our wedding - invites, save the dates, place cards, menus etc... and really enjoyed the creation process. Our first few months were very slow, but everything eventually picked up into steady business.

We have catered our business towards our design interests - invitations, wall art, nursery art and party decor. Meg gives most of the art direction and Matt does most of the graphic design (and sometimes the other way around!). A combination of our input gives what we believe to be a unique and affordable product.
