I bought a custom hat for my Dad for his birthday a couple years ago and it's since become his favourite. He recently lost it, so I messaged the seller asking for a replica of the original hat which they were able to create and ship to me straight away. Their customer service is always lovely and they were very kind and happy to help! The hat itself is great, and I love that I can create a custom hat for my loved ones at a reasonable price. The best gift idea :)
