Announcement   Handmade rosette accessories for ladies of all ages. Recent textiles and vintage bits of the past lovingly transformed for you, baby, kiddo, or photographer in need of unique props. Ask us about custom orders!

Over the past year and a half, my items have greatly changed mostly due to my 8 and 5 year old nieces and their momma playing quality control for the shop. They get a package of items and in a few weeks report back to me on how they stood up to use by babies and adults alike. I believe that my products reflect the information gleaned from letting my items get beat up by daily use, which has helped me improve the way they are created, which means the products you see in my shop today are at their very best! Everything is hand-sewn, the backs are hand stitched which ensures that the headbands will stand up to the constant use of daily wear or being used as a photography prop.

About

Vintage Inspired, Handmade Rosette Hair Pieces

Embraceable Lace was started in evenings full of fun and laughter between my mother and I, making things after long days at an internship in Texas that were meant to adorn my new niece. A few years later, it has become my rescue on weekends after long weeks of travel. Inspired by my niece (and now another!) these items are made from lush silks, vintage textiles sought out in hole in the wall antique shops, sparkly vintage jewels, and lots of glassy beads and pearls.

Living in Tucson with my sweet husband, our fluffy rabbit, 3 dogs (plus our 2 foster dogs!), Embraceable Lace is always there at the end of long days, and continues to grow. My two nieces have become my mini quality control, helping me to tweak my designs to withstand young hands and long term wear and tear.

Momma's, new brides, photographers, and ladies looking for a little oomph on their own noggins, come check us out!

Embraceable Lace started when I was inducted into Aunthood for the first time, many years ago, and I wanted to create fun things for my adorable niece. Now 8 and joined by her 5 year old sister, she runs around in them like little tiaras, all grubby from her constant use, but to her they are still shiny and beautiful. It has since grown to be a shop full of fun "tiaras" for women of all ages! In its growth it has become my safe haven from the stresses of working in clinical research, traveling 3 hours a day to and from the lab and working 50+ hours a week. Coming home and having the time to be creative, and then see my pieces on customer's smiling faces, keeps me going! All items are carefully handmade, and created to last and stay looking lovely for as many wears as you want. Some items are created with antique textiles, or vintage bits of jewelry when I can find them. All items are made with care and I hope you love them as much as I love making them. When you pop them on your noggin I hope you feel as special as my niece does!
