Embroidered decorations, accessories and other pleasures of life

We have been engaged in creating designs for embroidery machines for years. All our designs are high quality and created on our own ideas and the ideas of our customers.

The world is developing rapidly, new technologies and opportunities are appearing everywhere. In fact, the first embroidery machine appeared in 1821, however the widespread of digital machine embroidery has started with the development of computer technology.

We do not consider machine embroidery something mechanical and soulless. Embroidery machines are implementation tools for the ideas, just like camera or electronic musical instruments. Although the modern programs have an automatic image processing, the result is not always perfect. That is why we draw all our designs manually using pen and tablet, and a quality of created things is very important for us.

For us machine embroidery is a new type of contemporary art, a way to express ourselves, and the opportunity to share our feelings with the world. On Etsy we present the finished products which are made according to our designs and wishes of our friends and customers. Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If you do not satisfied with the item:
I always control quality of my creations, as It is very important to me that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with it, please contact me so I may resolve the situation.

Lost Packages:
Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 2 months from posting date and tracking info approves that.

We will fill in the claim about the lost on our own.

While the claim is being proceed, we would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.
We accept payment through PayPal, a secure online payment system that accepts all major credit cards.

If you do not have a Paypal account, you are able to pay with your credit card through the Paypal website (check this step-by-step tutorial on Etsy checkout:

Your items will be made and shipped only after the payment is cleared.

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
Shipping adress:
We ship to Etsy Address. Please make sure your Etsy address and Paypal address are the same. If you would like items sent to an alternate or gift address, just let as know.

Shipping method:
All items will be shipped by The Russian Post (with tracking number). If you prefer other delivery services, please let as know.(EMS, DHL, etc.

Terms & Delivery time:
Shipping from Russia to another country usually takes about 20-30 days (sometimes less or more). Domestic delivery takes 1-2 weeks.
Important: We can not guarantee shipping time frame for orders in period of COVID-19 pandemic.

All items will be carefully packaged and sent within 5 business days after payment is received! Some items may need more time. If processing time is more than 5 days - you will find it in item description or as will let you know.
