All purchases must be paid for immediately unless agreed beforehand.

Reserves: I am happy to hold items for up to 2 weeks upon agreement prior to purchase. New customers may be asked for a small deposit.

Layaway: 50% deposit paid at time of reservation, remainder to be paid within 4 weeks.

DEPOSIT PAYMENTS: deposits paid on any items, including custom orders, are non-refundable unless the designer states that they cannot fulfill the order.

When deemed appropriate, parcels are shipped insured and/or trackable. If you have had any history of problematic post - please make us aware so that we can send all your parcels insured so ours reach you securely. If in any doubt - please contact us at time or your order to discuss posting and we will happily upgrade your shipping for your peace of mind.

I have *never* had an item 'lost in the post'. However, if after an agreed period of time, your parcel has still not arrived - I will re-create the item or items as closely as possible to the original/s for you on the understanding that they will probably not be identical to the originals and will take between one and three weeks to make. Monetary refunds will *not* be actioned for items 'missing in post'.

If, for any reason a replacement item cannot be created, and at the discretion of our company, a store credit is issued instead of replacement like-for-like piece/s, this will be for the amount paid less postage and packaging. Any store credit issued can only be used for *full price items* - not items marked 'sale' or in conjunction with any coupon code or other discount or special offer.
