About EmilyKimCreations

Sales 76
On Etsy since 2012

There once was a sweet 3 year old girl
who loved to laugh and play.
Her mother and father had great dreams for her
and looked forward to each new day.
Then on one cloudy Saturday, the little girl got ill
and her parents spent that fateful day
filled with shock and great dismay
for they were told by doctors
that her future was dark and gray.

But the little girl was a fighter
and determined to keep her smile.
So she decided to do what she loved the most
and began drawing all the while.
In and out of hospitals she stayed
for years and years to come,
but always by her side
were her art supplies and gum.

Today that little girl is grown
and proudly wears the scars
earned from her heroic battle.
And despite her loss of memory
and her other injuries,
she continues to this day and next
to smile and even prattle.

Her art comes from within her heart
and she illustrates her mood,
which is now happy and so bright
she thought sharing it only right.

So please enjoy these cards from Emily
as she created them with love
and remember even in the longest rain,
to look for the rainbow above.
