What is the turnaround time?

Typical turnaround on PROOFS is 1-2 days from time of purchase. *NOT including weekends or holidays. Once received by the customer, it is the responsibility of the customer to respond back to me with edits/approval.

How soon will you respond to my message?

Emails (questions, revision requests, and proof approvals) will be responded to within 24-48 business hours. Unless of family/medical/personal reasons that would keep me from responding within that timeframe - life happens, as you can understand.

Can the font be changed?

No.

Many designers create pieces that allow customers to change fonts & I don't work like that. I spend a lot of time finding the PERFECT font for each piece. Thank you in advance for understanding :)

I found a typo AFTER I approved my artwork!

I offer three complimentary rounds of proofs on invitations. I am not responsible for any errors or typos that were approved by you during the proofing process. Please proofread very carefully!

Extra charges WILL incur if you need to make changes to your artwork AFTER you've approved your file.

Can I Request Customization to Digital Download Items?

ALL Digital Download listings offered in my shop are sold AS IS. Please send me a message for custom inquiries & pricing.

Can I Request Customization to Non-Digital Download Items?

ALL Non-Digital Download listings offered in my shop are sold AS IS. DO NOT put customization requests in the 'Notes to Seller' section - they will not be processed. Please send me a message for custom inquiries & pricing.

What If I Am Looking For a Custom Design?

I welcome custom orders! Please send me a message with your request so I can get you a price quote.

Why CAN'T I return/cancel a digital download?

You’ve receive the product IMMEDIATELY after payment processed & it is clearly listed in several places that 'ALL SALES ARE FINAL'.

Whether or not the customer decides to print or use the file is out of my control. I don’t give refunds on instant downloads as anybody could pay, download the file, print it & then ask for money back. Meaning they got my product for free.

Would you go to the store, purchase a sweater then ask for your money back expecting to keep the sweater? No.
