5 out of 5 starsReally cute! I fancied this when you first posted it, but was unsure about the measurements -- but having recently lost weight, I knew it would fit. So well-made, and such a nice pattern. And, although I am a cat person, I adore the little scotties!

5 out of 5 starsThis Taffeta came FAST, and is BEAUTIFUL! I got two yards of this taffeta (cut beautifully) and I cannot wait to begin making my 18th century stays with it! The hand of this fabric is great, and the color is EXACTLY as the picture implies. I WILL DEFINITELY BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN! <3 <3 <3

Welcome to Emily's Vintage Visions!
I am the new owner of At the Sign of the Golden Scissors and the Larkin & Smith line of 18th century sewing patterns. I am also a seamstress and time traveler. My love for historical dress spans from the 18th century to the 1950s. When recreating clothing of another era historical accuracy is important to me so I always try and use the best materials possible. Any excuse to get dressed up is fine with me!
Thanks for stopping by!
