EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
-Please ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
-Must be in brand new, unworn condition & in their original packaging (INCLUDING BOX, CLEANING CLOTH IF IT WAS INCLUDED)
-We do not accept items returned in an envelope.
-Definition of unworn (No scratches, scuff marks, no discoloration, stones as shiny as they were when we shipped your package)
-Please send item protected from the environment, If items or items arrive damage it will be return at the customers expense.
-Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*REFUNDS: If discounts were applied and you receive free shipping, this will be deducted from your refund if you decide to do a return.
