SHIPPING:
*All packages are ship with the United States Postal Office. Once your order has been processed and ship, is out of our control.
* Please make sure the address provided is correct, we will not ship your goods to unconfirmed addresses.
* We offer Priority Mail insured, FedEx option is available for purchase.
-First Class Mail: Approx. 5-7 business days
-Priority Mail: Approx. 2-5 business days
-FedEx: 3 business days
MISSING, NON DELIVER, DAMAGE PACKAGE:
Your satisfaction is our priority, Please purchase insurance, we will not be able to process an insurance claim on your behalf or issue a refund if insurance it's not purchased.
Missing packages marked "delivered" can sometimes be misplaced. Check with your local post office. In most cases, they can locate it for you. (We will not process a refund, or send a new item if your package is marked "delivered'' or insurance if it's not purchased). Packages do get lost sometimes, please add insurance.
REDIRECTING ORDER:
If you would like us to ship your order to another address, please contact us right away! We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Please keep in mind that shipping cost will not be refunded. We do not charge any restocking fees
-Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
-Please ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
-Must be in brand new, unworn condition & in their original packaging (INCLUDING BOX)
-We do not accept items returned in an envelope.
-Definition of unworn (No scratches, no discoloration, stones as shiny as they were when we shipped your package)
-If items or items are return damage it will be return at the customers expense, this items would not be able to be resale
-Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
*Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
*REFUNDS: If discounts were applied and you receive free shipping, this will be deducted from your refund if you decide to do a return.
*Buyers are responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. We offer the return/exchange label for our customer’s convenience at a more accessible price than buying directly with the Post Office, but you can purchase the labels directly at the post office if you choose to.
