I'm never happier then when I'm making a beautiful piece of jewellery.

I have always been creative ever since i was little, so that seemed the best way to focus my energy. I started learning how to make jewellery in 2009 and now work full time from my home studio. Which works well for me as I'm a wheelchair user and would struggle to get to a studio away from home.

My mind is always busy thinking up new ideas and designs, and I love making custom items from information my customers give me about what they would like. I get great pleasure out of working with someone to make something that we both love.

All items from this shop are made to order. Processing time is shown when your order is purchased. I send a personal message with a better time frame when I receive orders.

Rudeness and impatience will not be tolerated and may lead to your order being cancelled. My turn around time fluctuates at times as I have a disability and sometimes need to extend my processing time. However I always have orders sent out in the time frame stated at point of purchase.

If you need your item in a rush please select priority at the shipping section of the checkout and your piece will be dispatched within 5-7 days. This service is turned off at busy times like Christmas and valentines Day.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Items can be returned up to 14 days of receiving for a refund. Postage cost will be deducted from price of items once returned.
I take payment through direct checkout, this includes all major credit and debt cards and paypal. Once payment is received your item is made and dispatched ASAP.
If you have any problems with payment send me a message I'm always happy to help.
You will receive your order in a well packaged eco envelope.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may be incurred.

Orders with the incorrect address can not be refunded once dispatched.

Replacement orders can only be shipped to the address given before dispatch.

I ship worldwide using Royal mail and guarantee your item is shipped in the allotted time framed. I will always message you to let you know when I have posted your item and if theres a delay with your order.
For international orders please allow 5-10 working days for you item to reach you. This may be longer during busy times or times of crisis.
All orders are trackable. You will find your tracking number in your dispatch note.

I get proof of purchase for all my deliveries so there's peace of mind on both sides.

Parcels have to be in the postal system for 12 weeks before they will be deemed lost. No refunds will be given before this time.

COVID-19 has caused huge delays to the postal system and your patience and understand is greatly appreciated.
