Lovely item, bought as a present for my sister who said she'd been looking for a bracelet like this for ages and not been able to find anything she liked - she was so impressed with me for finding something as pretty as this and I have to give full credit to Emma for making such a lovely bracelet!

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with PayPal
At the moment I only accept payments made via Paypal, as I find it the simplest and most reliable method of payment for both parties.
Once I receive your payment I will personally post your item/s as soon as I possibly can. This should not take any more then 2 working days. If there is likely to be a delay I will ensure that I message you, or include information on widespread external post delays on the shop homepage.

For UK customers I will be using first class mail, as I want your items to be with you as soon as possible, and the difference in postal costs are minimal.

For overseas customers I will use standard airmail, as I don't want to have to pass on any higher postal costs than necessary to the buyer. The Royal Mail website states that delivery times are upwards of 5 days, so please allow a week or so for delivery. I am not responsible for any duties or customs fees on International Orders and they remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Although unlikely, I cannot accept responsibility for any damages which may occur in the post. However I will always pack your purchase/s as securely as possible to help minimise the possibility of any damage.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not provide refunds for damages or losses incurred by the Post Office. This is something that you would need to take up with them directly.

Refunds are not issued due to a postal error (delivery to wrong address by your postman) or late arrival as this is out of my control.

Should you need to return your item to obtain a refund, this will only be for the cost of the item and the original postage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
