Hello and welcome to Emmor Hunter, a store dedicated to selling items created by Mary Ruth Anderson (I'm also known as Essie of Who online).

My shop sells prints of my art and photography, original art, limited run prints, sewn items, and sometimes crafts. The items I usually sew and sell are dresses and skirts. Some of those dresses and skirts can be used as costumes or have some sort of inspiration from costumes from TV, movie, and anime, but I prefer to sew original designs.

About Me:
My name is Mary Ruth Anderson but I'm known as Essie of Who online. I sometimes go by my maiden name depending on the situation, but professionally my last name is Anderson. (Please read the additional information for a better explanation about my last name) I 'm an artist that lives in Arizona with my dog, Brownie. I am a life long Whovian (Doctor Who fan) but I'm also a fan of other TV shows, movies, ect. I also love the Arizona desert, even though it's hot and dry. I was born in Arizona, raised in Arizona, and would intend on living here for the rest of my life. In spite of this, I do enjoy traveling and seeing places beyond my hometown and home state. Especially to places that have naturally growning green grass and water!

I started to draw when I was 3 years old, sew when I was 8 years old, and take photos when I was 14 years old. When I was young I wanted to become an animator for Disney, but as I got older my desire to be an animator faded. After high school, I originally attended college to become a music teacher, but I became ill and had to take an permanent break from college. As part of my therapy, I began to focus on my childhood hobbies of drawing, sewing, and taking photos. After the encouragement of family and friends, I began to pursue a career in art and sewing instead of teaching music. I'm very happy with that decision and am currently fulfilling my childhood dream of becoming an artist and creating pretty clothes!

I accept Paypal only.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing the order. I like to send my items as quickly as possible so it is important that I am contacted as soon as possible. If you did not contact me within that time period, then please look at the returns policy for further information.

I send my items from the United States via the USPS. I include tracking and insurance on all my orders and are worked into the shipping cost. I do not add confirmation to orders unless they total $500 USD and over.

Items sent in the United State usually arrive in 5-10 days depending on the day they are shipping and if there are any holidays. If you want an item before a certain date, pleas contact me before buying the item so we can discuss shipping it quicker. Remember, it will cost more to get an item sent faster than my normal shipping method.
Items shipped internationally will take longer to arrive than items shipped the United States. The time varies by country and customs, but generally takes 7-14 days.

I am only able to ship to the following countries: Canada, Great Britain, New Zealand, Ireland, Australia, and Europe. If you are not from any of these countries but would like to still purchase an item from my store, please send me a message here on Etsy with the item you would like to purchase and name of your country so I can edit the listing to accommodate your country.

If your order was shipped and was never received, please check the tracking using the tracking number I send via email after the item is shipped. If the item says it is delivered and you didn't receive it or 30 days have passed and the tracking does not show any changes to the status of the package, contact me as soon as possible so I can inquire about the package myself.

I do offer prints of my art work, but on-demand only. This means prints will be printed after someone buys a print. I normally have a third party make the prints so, because of this, it can take 2 to 3 weeks before the print is done and ready for me to ship to the buyer. Buyers of on-demand prints will receive their prints between 3 to 4 weeks in the United States and even longer for buyers outside of the United States. If you want your prints to arrive sooner, I can accommodate it, but I will need to be contacted here on Etsy with the name of the print you want and how soon you'd like it.
