I ordered a custom table and received what I can best determine is a faulty base. I say 'as I can best determine' because Emmor Works completely abandoned me when I reported the issue. The table is uneven. It is lopsided. It is not level. There was an issue with their base when it arrived and I believe their poor quality pipe legs are threaded wrong. When I wrote them about this they gave delayed replies and insisted that there can be no problem due to their quality control and inspection team. Yeah, great, nothing like being told the problem you clearly can see and demonstrate can't be possible because the seller is so great. I've had to hire a independent handyman to help fix the base, a process I am working on now. Extremely disappointing.
