I won't ship out an item until I know it's absolutely perfect. I work quick and I work smart and in between I find something special in the item to make it unique.

I wont send an order unless I know its absolutely perfect. if your product arrives damaged please contact me so I can work with the shipping company to locate your product or help facilitate a refund.
Payment
I accept PayPal and most Credit Cards. All payments are due at time of purchase.
Shipping
All items are sent to the Etsy mailing address on your Etsy receipt UON. All items (excluding paintings) are custom made and depending on the time of the year (Christmas) are shipped within 1-2 weeks. I will keep buyers posted through the process. If you need your item by a certain date don't hesitate to ask. Items are 90% of the time sent with USPS.
All items are wrapped in bubble wrap or blue board and made absolutely sure it can handle the journey.

Canada/US: If purchasing more than one item please contact me for custom shipping costs.
Everywhere Else: All international orders are responsible for any possible customs/taxes/ duty fees.

Custom Orders:
EmmyOnTap deals mostly with custom orders as well as wholesale. Since all my products are custom made to begin with, I can alter dimensions and build a specific piece to fit your needs or a specific color scheme. Also, I'd love to hear your ideas on any pieces to make it better.
