I accept Paypal from all customers, worldwide.

I will allow 5 working days for buyers to pay for their items.
Shipping
About my packaging:

I believe in recycling packaging materials as much as possible so a lot of my packaging is in fact recycled, whether that be reusing materials that have been sent to me or sourcing suppliers who use recycled materials to make their packaging.

Don't worry though, you are not charged for the actual packaging, all you pay is postage even if I use brand new packaging for your item.

SOMETIMES postage calculations can be a little off since every package can weigh differently, even if it's the same item that I've sent out several times. I try my best to keep my postage rates at a good point. A lot of the time, you actually pay less than I charge but there are occasions where you may have paid more. On those occasions you are more than welcome to request a refund of the difference in postage or if I spot it, I will send a refund myself but don't hesitate to ask!

I use Royal Mail 1st class for all shipping in the UK. I can use special and next day, recorded delivery but this will be more expensive, please bear that in mind before requesting it. 1st Class postage will usually take 1-3 days to arrive.

For buyers outside the UK, I use Royal Mails worldwide shipping which usually takes around a week to arrive.

I post items twice per week, Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday are my posting days. You will be informed once your item has been shipped.
I will always post items within 5 working days of payment clearing.

I cannot take responsibility for any custom charges that your item may receive.
Refunds and Exchanges
I cannot issue refunds or returns on any Ear Jewelry due to health and safety unless the item arrives damaged. I am willing to provide a replacement for them. In the event of ear jewelry being damage upon delivery, a refund will be issues once you have provided images of the damage. If it is not damaged and it's just a case of, they don't suit you ect then a refund cannot be given.

I will issue refunds if an item has been damaged in transit to you or if they are lost in the post. I am also happy to send replacement items in the case of loss or damage providing you send the damaged item back to me or provide images of the damaged item.

With a lost in the post item, I will allow 1 month for the item to arrive with you or back to me, once that time has passed, I can issue the refund. Or if you have provided evidence that the item is lost. If you have asked for a replacement, we do not have to wait 1 month, the replacement will be sent after 2 weeks and if you receive the "lost" item it is yours to keep.

I will always try and provide the best service I possibly can to my customers but please bear in mind that I am one person and not a company, you will always be communicating with me and I am the only one creating, packing and shipping your items. In the event of a delay, you will be informed using Etsy's messaging system, so check back often!
