Empowered Mind is a small business owned by two sisters who believe in the power of small improvements daily.

We started with a Facebook group that empowered women to become their best versions. From the beginning, we knew that having a positive mindset is one of the most important things to help us grow and improve in our professional and personal lives.

We always wrote our original affirmations and words of encouragement for ourselves. Over time, we realized that affirmations helped us daily, especially when we needed extra motivation to achieve our goals. So, we wanted to share our unique affirmations and motivational sayings by creating wall art and other digital products to enhance your home. We love the idea of providing our products digitally because they can be easily downloaded and printed immediately, or you can access them at all times on your electronic device.

We also wrote affirmations for kids because we are Moms and wanted to instill confidence and belief that starts with great self-talk by repeating these positive and loving affirmations we created for our kids.

We have original journal prompts that we created questions about personal development, self-care, self-love, success, and self-discovery. We both journal a lot and believe in the power of journaling.
