Melly is the designer of our wristbands, as well as our Etsy customer service rep. She has been working in the animal sheltering and rescue world for over 12 years, with a specialty in dogs and parrots. She is happily owned by 16 birds and 5 dogs.

Serafina is our chief marketer and our off-Etsy customer service rep. She is active in many areas of animal welfare, with a special affinity for birds and elephants. Serafina lives with Shadow, an African Grey parrot, who rules the roost.
