The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
If you are unsatisfied with your product in any way, please email us at jessicaempress [!at] gmail.com and we will work with you to correct the problem.

If you need to cancel an order for any reason once the order is placed, please email us at jessicaempress [!at] gmail.com and we will cancel the order and refund you 100%.
We will ship to the address that is provided by Etsy. We cannot change the address from that point because of our shipping process.


We cannot change the processing time for stamps due to the nature of the product and how it is made.

Our stamps are shipped through USPS, and upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number through Etsy.

***Please note, once stamp has shipped and delivery is confirmed through tracking, we are no longer responsible for the stamp being received***

Shipping times differ state by state. We ship from Birmingham, Alabama and typically see a 2 to 3 business day delivery time after shipment.

We no longer offer rush shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

***Please note, during the Christmas season (usually beginning in mid-November), delivery times through USPS is much more delayed than normal. Delivery time can be up to 10 business days.
Additional policies and FAQs

- After I have purchased a stamp, when will I receive a proof?
You will receive a proof within 3 business days. All communication will be through your Etsy Account. A proof will be sent to you though an Etsy conversation, so we can better track your order with us. We are no longer emailing proofs.

- What if I see change(s) that need to be made to my proof?
Simply reply to us and let us know the change(s) you need and we will return a revised proof to you.
***Please note, we are able to change misspellings, or correct information that may not have been correct when initially provided. However, we cannot provide different font options than the font that is shown in the original design. We also cannot make any changes or modifications to the original design that is shown in the listing. If you feel that you need either of these changes, you will need to purchase our custom stamp listing.***

- When will I receive my stamp after I have approved my proof?
Once approved, your stamp will take 10 to 12 business days to process, and will ship via USPS. You will be provided with a tracking number through Etsy.

- Can I rush my order?
We are currently not able to offer rush orders for stamps. We apologize for an inconvenience.

- Do you offer discount rates for multiple stamps in one order?
We currently do not offer discounts on multiple stamps.

- Do you offer any additional sizes of your stamps?
We currently are only offering our 2 x 2, 2.5 x 2.5, 1.5 x 3, and 2 x 3.5 size stamp.

Empress Stationery, LLC is a limited liability company headquartered in the United States of America. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside the European Union, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
