Our Vision

Empress of Virtue is not just a business, we are a ministry. We believe a woman can be dually fabulous in her physical presentation of herself and complete in her authentic self- mind, body, and soul. Empress of Virtue is about the the complete person, not just a part of what makes a woman whole. For this reason we are eager to engage, inspire, nature, learn and grow in the totality of what it means to be a woman of virtue.

Our Mission

1. To bring you quality fashion jewelry and accessories that are unique, and affordable. We want you to feel as though the products we present have been chosen and or made especially with you in mind.

2. To help young women find value and worth in who they are based on the value and worth God places in them. Too often as women, our standards (consciously and unconsciously) are dictated by our environments which are impoverished in comparison to the standards of royalty God has in place for us. Through conversations and events, we help young women discover who they are, discern, their Christ given purpose, and discover how they might utilize their gifts and talents to reach beyond all that they could ever hope or imagine.

Sanette Francis, founder of Empress of Virtue, believes that it does in fact, takes a village to raise a child. It takes a village to help guide and nurture a girl into woman of virtue.


Sanette has a passion for Christ, diverse cultural experiences, languages, art, and travel, due in part to the village, consisting of women and men of various cultures who have helped guide her into the woman she is today. This aided her unique vision that it is possible for a woman to be strong, independent & healthily interdependent and have a sense of who she is spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally. In that context she aspires to be a Proverbs 31 woman -- a woman of Virtue.

In spite being surrounded by such a community, Sanette has by no means been exempt from the many ups and downs of life. By faith however, she has been able to emerge with a strong sense of identity, sense of call and purpose, and a desire to continue to learn and grow.

It is this faith that informs her way of doing business. For this woman of virtue, Empress of Virtue is not just a business, it is a ministry.
It is for this reason also, that Sanette have always held that "accessories are what we adorn ourselves with on the exterior and have no place in defining who a woman is or what she is worth."

As women we change our look day to day, year to year as our personalities change, creative minds change, feelings change, and the seasons of our lives change. Thus what we are adorned in today cannot define who we truly are now and who we are tomorrow. Rather, our accessories and adornments are a telling of our stories, our personal narratives-- where we are, how we feel, or even who we would like to be. Sometimes we want to be a queen, other times we go for the glam celebrity look, and at times we want simply the best representation of who we are.
Thus, Sanette seeks to carry the message of Empress of Virtue that the best accessory is an authentic awareness of who one is, mind, body and spirit. Then, we gather the props, earrings, necklaces, bags, rings, the physical accessories to tell a story, to speak a narrative in its proper time, place, and circumstance.
