Empecé EmptyKnits allá por 2009. Había aprendido a tejer a dos agujas y a ganchillo en la universidad, y quería una forma de compartir mi pasión por los textiles. Desde entonces, he ido añadiendo otros productos —libros antiguos, materiales, joyería artesanal— según me apetecen, pero los textiles siguen siendo la esencia de mi pequeña empresa.

Todas mis piezas son originales, diseñadas y confeccionadas por mí. No utilizo inteligencia artificial en ningún aspecto de mi proceso creativo: ni para diseñar ni para crear patrones, ni para generar imágenes de productos. Trabajo todo a mano y creo y almaceno mis artículos en un ambiente libre de humo. Utilizo principalmente lana y otras fibras naturales, y me comprometo a crear piezas hermosas, bien hechas y con diseños atemporales. Además, me esfuerzo por ofrecer precios accesibles sin dejar de percibir un salario justo.

Aquí comparto algunos de mis patrones de punto y ganchillo, y también en Ravelry, LoveCrafts y Ribblr. Me esfuerzo por que mis patrones sean lo más claros y fáciles de entender posible, y con gusto responderé cualquier pregunta que tengas. La mayoría de los hilos que uso son fáciles de conseguir y se pueden sustituir sin problema.

Envío todos los artículos listos para usar en el plazo de una semana. Para pedidos personalizados, les pido que me den dos semanas para fabricar y enviar cada artículo.

Welcome to my shop!

I started EmptyKnits way back in 2009. I'd learned to knit and crochet in college, and I wanted a way to share my love of textiles. Since then I've added other products here and there - vintage books, supplies, handmade jewelry - as they strike my fancy, but textiles are still at the heart of my micro business.

All my pieces are originals that I design and make myself. I do NOT use AI for any part of my creative process - not for designing or writing patterns or for creating product images. I do all my work by hand, and create and store my items in a smoke-free environment. I use mostly wool and other natural fibers, and I'm committed to creating beautiful, well-made pieces and timeless designs. I also try to keep my work affordable for you while paying myself a fair wage.

I'm offering some of my knitting and crochet patterns here, and also on Ravelry, LoveCrafts, and Ribblr. I try to make my patterns as clear and easy to understand as possible, and I'm happy to answer any questions you might have about them. Most of the yarns used for my patterns are readily available and can be easily substituted if needed.

I ship all ready-made items within the week. For custom orders, I ask that you allow two weeks for me to make and ship each item.
