I am sorry, Jane, that these don't work for you. The enclosed directions state that the R&F Pigment stick needs to be cut in half for this lip stick sized holder. The image in the photo is the original, new pigment stick for comparison. Please contact me through Etsy to see how we can make this right for you. Michelle
