READY MADE ORDERS: What you see in the photos is what you will get. These are premade designs and cannot be changed. In most cases, boutonnieres and bridesmaid bouquets can be ordered to accompany these designs. Please inquire before purchase to see if addition materials in the same color and pattern are available.

CUSTOM ORDERS: These are so fun because the SKY is the limit!! You can choose every little detail if you wish!! With each custom order, we will send a questionnaire to really get a good idea of what you are looking for. Custom orders will be priced according to the cost of materials and the time to assemble. Most bouquets take around 7 to 10 hours to complete, but please place your order 4 to 6 weeks in advance. We offer 2 different options with custom orders…

Full Customization: With full customization, the bride makes all of the decisions!! You can send us the materials of your choice; cardstock or vintage heavyweight papers, ribbons, adornments such as jewelry, buttons, findings, beads, etc., and any instructions or preferences that you desire. Once you decide what you have in mind as far as what you would like your bouquet to look like, we will discuss your vision and work to create a design that you will love!!

We will send update photos at two intervals as your bouquet is designed so we can make sure that our design is right on track with your vision. Our ultimate goal is for you to love your bouquet/s!!

Partial Customization: Partial customization is our most popular choice in custom orders. With this option, you need only let us know your wedding colors and let us know of anything specific or special that you would like to see in your bouquet/s. You can either send us swatches via snail mail or go to your local hardware store and match your colors to the available paint swatches and email us the brand and color code.

At this point we will purchase the supplies to create your vision and email you photos at 2 intervals so we can make sure that we are on track with your vision. Once again, our ultimate goal is for you to love your bouquet/s!!

We have options for the whole wedding party, so please inquire if you need additional items.

RUSH ORDERS: We are always willing to fill rush orders as time allows, but we due to time constraints it usually costs a bit extra. If you are in need of a rush order, please convo us to check on availability.

We accept major credit cards through paypal and US Post Office Money Orders.

Payment for custom orders is 50% Down Payment at the time of order and the remaining 50% plus shipping due when your order is complete. Each client will be given an approximate start date for their order, up until this start day, the 50% down payment is fully refundable less a 15% cancellation fee should your plans change. After this start date, no refunds are available.
We use USPS Priority and Express Mail. Larger orders will be shipped either USPS, Fed Ex Ground or UPS, whichever is cheapest.

Shipping for your order is estimated to the best of our ability. If your shipping ends up being cheaper than what you paid, your will be reimbursed for all monies over $0.99. If your shipping ends up being more than is paid, we will cover the difference.

Shipping cost includes shipping materials to safely package your order, delivery confirmation, insurance and signature confirmation.

International orders will be sent via USPS Express Mail. We do not offer any other service internationally and this ends up being rather economical as there are no measurement restrictions.

For insurance reasons, the full cost of your order will be added to your customs forms. All charges incurred in customs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refunds and Exchanges
As our items are custom made and unique in nature, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after your order has been started. We will however work with you to achieve the look that you desire.

**A refund of your down payment is available up to your start date, less a 15% cancellation fee.

Start Date- The date given to you at the time of your 50% down payment which indicates the date that your order will start being created.
