Payment can also be made directly through PayPal, Etsy direct checkout and I accept Etsy gift cards.
If your payment through PayPal is an E-Check it will take 3 to 5 days to clear, I will ship your order after the E-Check has cleared.
I require payment on all custom orders in advance. No refunds or returns on any custom orders.
I ship via USPS Tuesday - Saturday.
Shipping within the USA via USPS with delivery confirmation. Please provide a USPS shipping address.
First Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail options are available your order. You can choose these options when you place your order. Your order will be shipped with the option you choose. If you need a rush delivery on your order please select Priority Mail or Express Mail.
If you choose First Class Mail as you shipping preference your package will not be insured. All orders shipped via Priority Mail or Express Mail will be insured.
I do not guarantee your package will be delivered by any specific time as I use USPS and it does not. You will be given an estimated delivery time for your package when you place your order. The day that your package is shipped Etsy will send you a tracking number for your package. You can use the tracking number to see where your package is in transit to you.

If your package was shipped insured and is damaged in transit an insurance claim will be filed and your cooperation will be required to complete the process. Any refund on items damaged or lost in shipping will be issued after the insurance claim has been finalized.
I am now shipping most items to Canada. Please understand that international packages do take some time to be delivered, sometimes several weeks.
For lost parcels, you must wait 21 days for domestic and 45 days for International locations.

Do you need a bag or case a custom size? Find something you like in my shop but want it just a little different? Contact me using the "conversation" tab at the top of the page and let me know what you want. After the details are worked out I will give you a quote. I will then post your order so you can finalize the purchase. All custom orders must be paid in full in advance. No refunds on custom orders. Please be aware that not all colors of leather are available, and shades will vary from batch to batch. I am currently using deerskin leather and top grain cowhide leather. I use quality materials and keep my prices as low as possible.
* I will not alter an item already listed. If you purchase an item from my shop that will be the item you receive. Please contact me if you want a customized item before you make a purchase. Some items have options, please read listing carefully and know what you are purchasing.
Buyer is responsible for all customs and duty fees.
