Artisan Crafted in the Land of Enchantment, New Mexico, USA

All items in our shop listed as Handmade were crafted by me and my business partner in our studio. Some items are a collaboration of our work.

We use a variety of leather in our shop. We use deerskin, lambskin and cowhide. All pieces for leather projects are cut in our shop. Fringe is either razor cut by hand, or cut with scissors. We shop for quality affordable hardware and materials. We keep our prices low, but don't let that fool you, our items are made with care and made to last. I use a semi-industrial sewing machine and industrial #69 nylon thread.

We are open to custom orders and suggestions for variations of our items. If you have something in mind please send us a note and we can discuss your project.

We have a variety of items in our shop, clothing, costumes and accessories, jewelry, purses and bags, electronic cases, key chains and lanyards, pouches, masks, magic wands, incense, feather fans, dream-catchers, and a few destash supplies.

Cancellations
I ship package orders to ship as soon as I receive the order.
Order cancellations on ready to ship items must be requested no later than 1 hour of placing the order.
You must state the reason for requesting the cancellation.

I ship via USPS Tuesday - Saturday.
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Ready to ship items will be shipped within three days. If you need rush delivery please select upgraded shipping when you place your order.

Shipping within the USA via USPS with delivery confirmation.
Please provide a USPS shipping address.

Shop is not responsible for lost or missing items from orders shipped to a third party.

I do not guarantee your package will be delivered by any specific time as I use USPS and it does not.
You will be given an estimated delivery time for your package when you place your order.
The day that your package is shipped Etsy will send you a tracking number for your package.
You can use the tracking number to see where your package is in transit to you.

If your payment is a PayPal E-Check it will take 3 to 5 days to clear
I will ship your order after the E-Check has cleared.

If your package was shipped insured and is damaged in transit an insurance claim will be filed and your cooperation will be required to complete the process. Any refund on items damaged or lost in shipping will be issued after the insurance claim has been finalized.

I am now shipping most items to Canada.
Please understand that international packages do take some time to be delivered, sometimes several weeks.

For lost parcels, you must wait 21 days for domestic and 45 days for International locations.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Due to the nature of our merchandise, intimate-fetish, costume and custom made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds without authorization by Enchanted Leather
All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.
If your package was damaged or items are missing from your order you will need to contact me within 3 days of the delivery of your package.
Your assistance will be required in order to file an insurance claim with the USPS.
You will need to keep the box and all of the packaging materials with the box, so the US Postal Service can determine the amount of loss for reimbursement.
You will need to take photos of the package and or damaged item.

If you do not contact me within 3 days after you receive your package no refund will be issued.
Authorized returns must be shipped within 3 days after approval by this shop.
You are required to send the tracking number to me via Etsy conversations message system.
If you do not ship and send the tracking number in the time frame you return will be void and returned to you.

The following items can't be returned, exchanged or refunded
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Enchanted Leather will not accept returns for:
• Made to order items
* Custom orders
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
*Costume items

If you have received a gift that was purchased from my shop, returns are only considered if the request is made by the person that purchased the item.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Do you need a bag or case a custom size?
Find something you like in my shop but want it just a little different?
Contact me using the "conversation" tab at the top of the page and let me know what you want.
After the details are worked out I will give you a quote.
I will then post your order so you can finalize the purchase.
All custom orders must be paid in full in advance.
No refunds on custom orders.
Please be aware that not all colors of leather are available, and shades will vary from batch to batch.
I use deerskin, lambskin and cowhide leather.
I use quality materials and keep my prices as low as possible.

* I will not alter an item already listed.
If you purchase a Ready to Ship item from my shop that will be the item you receive.

International Orders
Buyer is responsible for all customs and duty fees.
