Wholesale availability
I offer some of my handcrafted candles and essential oil blends wholesale for subscription boxes and licensed retailers only and have MAP pricing. Minimum opening order is $150 or 50 units. Please message me for more details and order processing times.
Please inquire for bulk order discounts starting at 20 units.
What if my package is lost or the tracking says it's been delivered?
If your package is lost or marked delivered but you didn't receive it please look all around your house, sometimes the carriers leave packages in inconspicuous places. Also, ask your neighbors in case it got delivered to the wrong address. Wait another business day as the post office may have accidentally marked it as delivered in the system.
Once the packages are dropped off at the post office, the USPS is now responsible for handling and delivering your package. If your tracking number says it has been delivered to your address, unfortunately I cannot offer a refund or replacement. The best option is for you to go to your local post office and ask for the GPS location of where the package was reported to be delivered and file a claim.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
I want everyone to be delighted with their purchase and I do my best to write clear descriptions and take good photos for all items. I encourage you to reach out to me if you have any questions before ordering.
I do understand that shopping online has its challenges and if you are just not happy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible. As long as it's not a custom order, you can simply send it back to me in the original condition and once I receive it I'll issue a refund minus shipping costs.
I am always improving the items I make and value your feedback. Please feel free to send me a message if you have any ideas on improvements or suggestions for new products.
What if my package has been stolen?
Once the package is in the possession of the USPS, Enchanted Wildcraft is no longer responsible for the items. It is encouraged to keep an eye on your tracking number and make sure you will be home that day or make sure a neighbor is around to receive your package.
What if my item(s) is damaged?
I take extra care in packing your order carefully but if something arrives damaged, please contact me within 12 hours of delivery. Send photos of the package and damaged item(s) inside so that I may file a claim with the USPS and I will either refund or send a replacement if possible.
What happens if I place the order under the wrong address?
Please contact us right away with the correct address and we will make sure it is fixed on the shipping label.
If your package has already shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do except wait for it to go through the postal system and it will either be forwarded to you, returned to us or sometimes they get lost in the system.
If your package is returned to us we'll contact you with the option of either cancelling the order with a refund for the item minus shipping or we can re-send the order with another charge for shipping.
