5 out of 5 starsI’m so excited to use this for our wedding festivities! It came out great and has a few different ways to hang it, so it’s versatile. It has a dimmer but there isn’t a remote. Other that than, I love everything about it!

Can you make custom logos or specific fonts?
Yes. We can create neon signs based on your custom logo, icon, or specific font.
What materials are used?
Our neon signs are made with high-quality LED neon silicone tubing and mounted on a clear acrylic backboard- they are cut to shape by default, if you need Cut to letters/ Cut to square, please note it in the customization box.
Is the neon sign Waterproof/Color-changing?
By default, our neon signs are NOT waterproof or color-changing.
If you need a waterproof/color-changing neon sign, please contact me before placing the order.
How is the sign powered? Adapter or Battery operated?
The sign is plug-in with adapter as well as the battery operated, there's battery pack in the package but without batteries, it needs 8 AA batteries.
How do I hang or install the neon sign?
The neon comes with mounting holes on the acrylic board and the package comes with hanging rope and mounting kits so you can hang or mount it.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, every sign comes with 12 months warranty. If you experience any issues within that time, please feel free to contact us and we will help you troubleshooting and discuss for a solution.
