Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post -
Australian orders are shipped every business day.

International orders are sent using DHL E-commerce and your local postal service and includes tracking.
International orders are batched and ship on Tuesday or Thursday.


US orders are shipped via Expedited Post as standard with shipping time only 10-14 days.

UK shipping currently 7-14 days.

Most other countries shipping can vary between 14-28 days.
Shipping times vary and will be included in your shipping dispatch notification.

Yes I do offer Express shipping within Australia - please choose the shipping upgrade at checkout.

Express shipping to international customers is temporarily on hold due Covid as shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the massive delays with USPS at the moment I now ship all USA orders with upgraded Expedited post so you will receive them asap.
Standard shipping is taking a lot longer (15+ days) but with Expedited post you should have your parcel in 8-14 days and is fully trackable the entire journey.

When USPS recovers and delivery times improve I will reintroduce the more economical standard shipping but for now to keep all my customers happy and to receive their purchase in a timely manner USA shipping is by Expedited post only.

Multiple items will be boxed together to save the planet and minimise packaging - but please let me know if you need items individually giftboxed.

Most earrings ship giftboxed for protection during shipping.

• If you are sending a gift directly to the recipient you are welcome to include a short message which will be included with the gift.

Ensure you tick the checkbox - "This order is a gift", a new box "Add gift message" will appear for you to type your note to your recipient.

To make these jewelry pieces last, keep them away from sweat, perfume, lotion, water, and any other products with moisture and chemicals.

• Take them off before bed and keep them clean and dry in an air-tight zip lock bag when not in use.
• For plated pieces, rub with a piece of soft cotton cloth to clean off dirt and grime.
• For gold filled/sterling silver pieces, clean with mild soap & warm water and let dry completely.

Please avoid wearing jewellery in the pool - Chlorine and metal don't like each other :(
